1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Chrollo Nutrition AI mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chrollo Nutrition AI is a nutritional assistant application that uses artificial intelligence to provide users with nutritional analysis, meal suggestions, and insights into their dietary habits. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

IMPORTANT: The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received from the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription ("Pro Subscription").

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
• Payment Processing: For web-based subscriptions, payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. For mobile subscriptions, payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account management page (provided by Paddle, Apple, or Google). You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current Billing Cycle.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• General Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and the costs associated with AI processing, payments for subscription periods are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
• Exceptional Circumstances: We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include technical errors that prevent you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at [[email protected]] with your purchase details and the reason for your request. For mobile app purchases, you may also need to request a refund directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they control the transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any local, state, national, or international law; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service; (c) use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chrollo Nutrition AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
